About the role
At Binocs, we’re scaling fast and our recurring SaaS business is a big part of that growth. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Executive to help us maintain and grow our base. You’ll own the end-to-end renewal cycle, keep the pipeline clean and predictable, and ensure our customers feel supported every step of the way.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer success and commercial ownership. You’ll work closely with clients, sales colleagues, and cross-functional teams in a global, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do:
Own the renewal pipeline: Prepare and manage recurring SaaS renewal proposals : accurate, timely, and ideally upselling service opportunities.
Forecast with confidence: Monitor the full renewal outlook (short/mid/long term), flag anomalies, and report insights to the leadership team.
Engage with clients: Proactively follow up with customer stakeholders to ensure timely sign-off and remove renewal friction.
Manage complexity: Navigate multi-stakeholder B2B renewal deals across enterprise accounts, internally and externally.
Keep it clean: Ensure all steps are completed across sales ops, finance, and system, no missed approvals, no late signatures.
Support growth: Build commercial proposals for existing and new clients in close collaboration with Key Account and Portfolio Managers.
Act global: Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA, the US, and APAC and with client HQs mostly based in Europe and the US.

Job requirements
About you
A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, or Customer Success.
A structured mind with a knack for Excel and working with commercial templates.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; you’re persuasive, clear, and confident.
A keen eye for detail and process; you don’t skip steps and spot issues before they become problems.
You’re self-driven and follow through—you take ownership and don’t wait for reminders.
Commercial maturity and comfort dealing with senior client stakeholders.
Interest in life sciences or enterprise SaaS is a plus.

You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model.
You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
