About the role
As change lead, your drive and facilitate the successful implementation of transformation projects and change initiatives with the customer, including the development and execution of change management plans, assessing and mitigating risks and ensuring that employees are adequately prepared for the changes.
You carry the full accountability for the analysis, design and delivery of a final, customer-fitted model that generates added value for the client and its’ customers.
You take the lead in change projects, creating effective communication plans, involving stakeholders, handling resistance, and setting up training sessions.
You are able to identify which particular stakeholders should be involved and are impacted during the different project stages and how to translate “change” into “chance”. You are able to convince Senior leadership of the need of Change management.
You manage to gather all necessary information, without losing yourself in details. You are able to keep a helicopter view.
You assume a coaching role and guide your team towards their goals. Besides, you take full responsibility for the project and keep track of deliverables, milestones, resources and costs.
You ensure a fluent communication of the project progress to all relevant stakeholders.
You help to envision the bigger picture and have an eye for future opportunities to further serve the client.
You apply MOUNTK, our structured change methodology and change management process and tools, to create the change strategy and to support the adoption of the changes. You bring innovation and creativity to the communication part of MOUNTK.

Job requirements
About you
You hold a master’s degree. an MBA is a plus.
You have at least 5-10 years of experience in change management, corporate communications or classic communications consulting. You are able to connect with multiple stakeholders, from senior leadership to shopfloor.
You possess strong project management skills and can guide your team towards their goals.
You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an analytical mindset. You pose the right questions and are able to quickly translate the answers into tangible results.
You’re a strong communicator, both towards your team as well as towards the client.
You’re fluent in English, knowledge of French or Dutch would be considered an asset.
You are capable to quickly understand complex topics & interdependencies and are able to summarize them into visual and concise communication assets.

You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model.
You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
