About the role

At Bluecrux, we’re redefining supply chains by combining expert consulting with cutting-edge technology. As Director of SAP Transformations, you’ll play a strategic and high-impact role, leading SAP implementations and operations, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions with supply chain processes. You’ll serve clients across a range of industries, including life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing.

  • You will lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, overseeing planning, resource allocation, task delegation, milestone tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.

  • You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement, translating these into actionable business requirements aligned with SAP capabilities.

  • Working hand-in-hand with users, process owners, and implementation partners, you’ll design and configure SAP modules that align with business needs, industry best practices, and strategic goals.

  • You’ll manage and mentor a team of consultants throughout each stage of the transformation journey—from design through delivery and hyper-care—ensuring close collaboration with all key stakeholders and successful program execution.

  • Staying ahead of the curve, you’ll monitor emerging SAP features and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for system optimization, process improvement, and automation.

  • As the lead liaison between the client and our consulting team, you’ll build strong relationships with business leaders, IT, and external partners. You’ll ensure continuous alignment between project goals and business needs while clearly communicating progress, risks, and interdependencies.

  • You understand how to map the stakeholder landscape and engage the right people at the right time, translating change into opportunity.

  • With full accountability for deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs, you’ll drive results while supporting your team’s development through coaching and guidance.

  • You bring a big-picture mindset, always looking for future opportunities to expand and deepen our impact with the client.

Job requirements

About you

You’re a transformation leader with a strong foundation in SAP and supply chain processes. You pair technical and operational expertise with commercial insight, and you excel at building trust-based relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Your proven track record demonstrates your ability to deliver complex programs that create measurable business value.

Education & Foundational Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.

  • A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus and reflects a commitment to continued learning and strategic thinking.

SAP Expertise & Technical Leadership

  • You bring deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP, including its architecture, modules, and ecosystem—with a focus on S/4HANA.

  • You have 10+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale SAP projects across the full lifecycle—from solution design to post-deployment support.

  • You understand the nuances of SAP licensing, security models, and data management, and can guide organizations toward compliant, optimized setups.

Supply Chain Integration & Process Optimization

  • You have a proven ability to design and optimize end-to-end supply chain workflows within SAP, spanning procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

  • You understand how to integrate SAP supply chain modules with broader enterprise systems to ensure efficiency, agility, and data consistency.

  • Your insights into supply chain operations allow you to make technical decisions with practical business impact.

Project & Program Management

  • You demonstrate strong program leadership, having successfully delivered complex SAP transformation initiatives on time and within budget.

  • You are highly competent in stakeholder management, change leadership, and value realization, consistently ensuring that projects deliver both technical and business outcomes.

  • You apply continuous improvement principles to optimize performance, project governance, and delivery methodologies.

Commercial Acumen & Strategic Thinking

  • You know how to connect the dots between technical capability and commercial impact, ensuring that SAP solutions deliver ROI.

  • You bring experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management, and are confident negotiating with partners and business leaders.

  • You proactively identify and act on growth, efficiency, and innovation opportunities within SAP-enabled supply chain environments.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • You are a strong relationship-builder, trusted by internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.

  • You have a history of leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration to align goals and deliver value.

  • You communicate clearly across technical and business domains and are known for aligning diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes.
