As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a forward-thinking FP&A Manager to strengthen our financial backbone and support strategic decision-making across all Bluecrux entities and business lines. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the full budgeting and forecasting cycles, continuously improving their structure, reliability, and business relevance.

  • Shaping mid- and long-term financial strategies, including cash flow planning and hedging policies.

  • Owning monthly financial reporting for both internal stakeholders (management, BU leads) and external audiences.

  • Partnering with Business Unit teams to enhance project and service profitability insights.

  • Challenging assumptions and supporting leadership with forward-looking financial analysis and scenario planning.

  • Driving ad hoc financial deep-dives and supporting strategic initiatives as they arise.

  • Acting as a key sparring partner to the Director of Finance & Legal, to whom you report directly.
