That’s why we’re looking for a proactive and structured Project Manager Brand Marketing & Events to drive the operational execution of our global events calendar.

In short, you’ll:

• Take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of both internal and external events, from concept to follow-up.

• Act as the glue across teams (sales, brand & communication, employer branding, etc.), ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.

• Shape experiences that reflect our company culture and strengthen our ecosystem of clients, partners, and colleagues.

• Make things happen: you don’t just lead timelines and checklists—you own & deliver.

• Support the creative process and contribute your ideas for experiences that leave a lasting impression.

• You’ll be working alongside our Senior Event Manager.

Job requirements

About you

• You have 2–4 years of experience helping to realize events from start to finish, and you’ve built up a strong track record of delivering high-quality experiences.

• You’re a project manager at heart: you’ve been the go-to person for organizing and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, keeping timelines tight, budgets in check, and energy high.

• You’ve had some exposure to B2B marketing, an absolute plus is familiarity with a tech-, consulting-, or fast-paced environment where things move quickly and adaptability is key.

• You’re organized by nature: you think in plans, timelines, and checklists, and you get things done by staying on top of the details.

• You’re a strong communicator and know how to bring people together across teams to move projects forward.

• You’re not afraid to take ownership, ask questions, or raise your hand when things need realignment.

• You combine a hands-on attitude with a creative mindset—always looking for ways to improve the experience or try something new.

• People describe you as proactive, structured, and enthusiastic, with a healthy dose of persistence when it matters.

• You feel connected with and are ready to represent our company values: dig deep, own it, come together move fast and be kind!

• You show a willingness to work in a hybrid working model.

• You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
