About the role 

We’re expanding our Group Services team with a Group Services Enablement Lead to accelerate our growth journey and future-proof our global support structure. This role is pivotal in structuring and professionalizing our internal service operations—covering ICT, Facilities, Quality, and Compliance—ensuring they scale in sync with our ambitions.

You’ll drive operational excellence across these Group Services domains while supporting finance, HR, and legal in areas like procurement, contract management, and subsidy screening. The role includes managing and coaching a team of 5 direct reports, establishing robust governance, and helping shape how we support our internal organization as it grows.

We are looking for someone who will be building the backbone and enablement of our internal operations—fit for scale and wired for resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Contract Management

  • Shape and run procurement strategies aligned with our internal services setup—partnering with Finance to get the most from our supplier ecosystem.

  • Lead and structure contract management for software, subcontractors, and services—ensuring clarity, compliance, and continuity.

  • Collaborate on subsidy screening and resource optimization to support sustainable business growth.

Governance, Compliance & CSR

  • Secure adherence to internal standards and external regulations (ISO 27001, ISMS, GDPR) across all Group Services domains.

  • Embed a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability across teams, championing CSR and ESH initiatives.

IT Infrastructure & Support

  • Co-architect the IT backbone with a forward-thinking infrastructure approach—hardware, software, and digital tools that support business continuity and scale.

  • Drive digital enablement across teams—turning tech trends into action and user-friendly solutions.

Internal Operations & Facilities

  • Design and continuously optimize internal processes to enable smoother, more connected ways of working.

  • Manage global office & fleet facilities and asset tracking with an eye on safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

  • Oversee tools for travel and expense management, keeping them lean, aligned, and future-ready.

Customer Support (SaaS only)

  • Provide operational and project leadership for our external customer support structure—specifically for our SaaS solutions.

Job requirements

About you

  • 8–10 years of experience in internal operations or shared services leadership—ideally in a scaling tech or services environment.

  • Proven experience setting up or restructuring Group Services—procurement, IT, internal governance, or facilities.

  • Master's in Business Administration or a relevant field.

  • Strong technical fluency in procurement, compliance (ISO/ISMS/GDPR), and digital tool ecosystems.

  • A team coach with a sharp eye for structure and a soft touch for people leadership.

  • Able to toggle between high-level strategy and on-the-ground implementation.

  • Skilled in organizational design and operational governance.

  • A self-starter who raises the bar and gets others excited about doing the same.

  • Fluent in English—our shared language across teams and countries.

  • A valid driver's license is required.
