About you
You have worked as an Implementation Consultant, Implementation Manager, or in a comparable client-facing delivery role, implementing complex supply chain SaaS solutions. You can lead a project, understand a customer’s operational problem, and help turn the solution design into a working configuration.
Qualifications & skills
Relevant implementation experience: You have at least 5 years of experience delivering complex supply chain software implementations. Your background may be in planning, scheduling, warehouse management, manufacturing, or related operational systems. You have led customers through workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Hands-on solution delivery: You can uncover how a customer currently works, translate their requirements into a practical system design, and configure software to support it. You can explain the choices you made, the trade-offs involved, and how you verified that the solution works.
Data and integration fluency: You can understand business and data flows, identify data quality issues, and work with technical teams on integrations with systems such as LIMS, ERP, or QMS. You are comfortable planning and executing testing, including user acceptance testing.
Project and client leadership: You have managed implementation timelines, risks, and stakeholders while maintaining ownership of the solution details. You can run effective workshops, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and manage more than one client project at a time.
Operational understanding: You can quickly grasp complex workflows and connect system design to outcomes such as improved scheduling, capacity use, resource allocation, or turnaround times. Experience in laboratory operations or life sciences is a strong advantage.
Change and adoption: You can train customer teams, support their transition to new ways of working, and ensure a clear handoff after deployment.
Education and language: A degree in engineering, supply chain, bioengineering, business engineering, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Location and travel: You live in the New York City metro area or are willing to relocate. Our office is in Millburn, NJ, and we work in a hybrid model, with approximately 50% of time in the office. You are willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
