About the role

As Kinaxis Practice Lead, you are responsible for further developing and structuring our Kinaxis enabled planning capability. There is already an existing Kinaxis footprint at Bluecrux, and your role is to build on this foundation, bring focus, and help the practice grow in a structured way.

You combine deep supply chain planning expertise with strong hands on Kinaxis experience to define the practice strategy, support commercial growth, and strengthen delivery quality. You support clients and teams in complex planning transformations and guide teams in a pragmatic way. At the same time, you help position our Kinaxis offering clearly within the market and within the broader Bluecrux planning portfolio.

In this role you will:

  • Shape the Kinaxis practice strategy, roadmap, and market positioning.

  • Define and mature our Kinaxis offering within the broader planning portfolio.

  • Support sales proposals, pipeline discussions, and commercial shaping.

  • Act as a senior Kinaxis trusted advisor across demand, supply, and inventory planning.

  • Act as the main contact point in Bluecrux on and towards Kinaxis

  • Steer delivery teams to ensure quality, structure, and credibility.

  • Build internal capability through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

  • Stay connected to the Kinaxis ecosystem, partners, and market trends.

  • Support long-term practice growth and internal alignment.

Job requirements

About you

  • Senior, hands-on leadership profile with strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning

  • 7+ years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid ResponseRapid Response

  • Proven experience leading Kinaxis implementations from design through delivery

  • Strong system implementation background in a consulting environment

  • Deep knowledge of demand, supply, and inventory planning

  • Consulting experience in client‑facing roles with senior stakeholders

  • Experience with supporting or leading commercial activities (proposals, pipeline shaping)

  • Ability to bring structure and clarity in complex implementation environments

  • Collaborative, trusted‑advisor approach with senior stakeholders

  • Experience developing people and building internal capability

  • Curiosity about the Kinaxis ecosystem and market trends and how these impact the practice

  • Proactive mindset and comfortable working in a growing capability

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
