About the role

As a Manager S4 HANA Transformations, you’ll play a crucial role in driving end-to-end supply chain transformations for our clients across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing. You will work closely with our clients to analyze their supply chain processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement and deploy S4 HANA solutions. This role is hands-on, focusing on business process design & system implementation.  
 
In this role: 

• as a (Senior) Manager, you will drive S4 HANA transformations: define, design or redesign your client's business processes to improve their operational efficiency and lead the program throughout the whole transformation wave. 

• You partner with Project Deployment Leads in creating coordinated project plans and schedules. You will support the Release PMO in project planning, reporting, and budget management to align with organizational goals defined by the PMO.  

• Your role includes implementing program methodologies, ensuring data standards meet business capabilities, and facilitating business simulations for validation and readiness. 

• You assume a coaching role and guide your project team towards their goals. You train and guide the team on process design improvements. Besides that, you take full responsibility for a functional domain in a larger program for which you keep track of deliverables, milestones, resources and costs.

About you

• You hold a master’s degree in engineering or economics. An MBA is a plus.

• You have at least 6 years of experience in ERP transformations, with a solid understanding of S/4 HANA implementation is required.

• Strong familiarity with SAP Design/Build/Test/Cutover/Deploy Agile methodology is required, including hands-on experience in planning, executing, and leading the cutover phases of ERP implementations.

• You can shape & define project plans & structures, creating a clear path to the intended vision.

• You are able to set a methodology and approach, defining ‘what needs to be done’ based on previous experience, in your area of expertise and in adjacent areas.

• You have strong experience in designing or redesigning business processes, with network operations projects that required change/transformation within a complex and multinational environment.

• You’re a problem solver with a razor-sharp analytical mind. You are hands-on and make things happen.

• You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You pose the right questions and are able to quickly translate the answers into tangible results.

• You’re a strong communicator, both towards your team as well as towards the client.

• You have a passion for working with people and you get energy out of coaching & growing less experienced colleagues.

• You’re fluent in English.

• You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
