About the role

Are you ready to manage and scale lead generation efforts through LinkedIn ads, SEO, and web analytics?
⚡At Bluecrux, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to take our digital growth to the next level.
You’ll take ownership of our online growth marketing strategy making sure we stay ahead of our competition.
Your mission? Create brand visibility, generate leads, and continuously optimize our digital marketing touchpoints to make an impact.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
• Launch and manage digital campaigns – You manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and like to experiment with new channels like Reddit, YouTube and Spotify. You continuously scout for opportunities in emerging platforms.
• Track, measure & improve – You analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, HubSpot, or similar, and turn insights into concrete actions.
• SEO monitoring – You closely monitor our website’s performance and collaborate to improve organic visibility. You have experience in using SEMrush or a similar tool to analyze and optimize organic search performance. You stay up to date with the latest trends in search, such as GEO, cookieless tracking, and actively share these developments with your team.
• Content input – You contribute to brainstorming new angles and creative concepts with our brand & content marketers to ensure visibility and lead generation. Experience with Canva is a plus.
• Website project management – You act as the project manager towards our external website development partners, coordinate updates, and ensure small bugs are resolved quickly to keep the site running smoothly.
• Automation and efficiency: You proactively seek ways to automate and streamline your work—from targeting to reporting. You experiment with tools for copy, visuals, and analytics, and encourage your colleagues to integrate AI wisely in their own workflows.
• Strategic thinking – You partner with the Marketing team to refine our global campaign approach and think ahead towards GEO optimization and audience expansion.
• Budget responsibility – You manage ad budgets with a focus on efficiency and measurable impact.
• Team collaboration – You work closely with our global team, applying local needs within a centralized strategy, and coordinate budget planning with local marketing teams.

Job requirements
About you
You have > 5 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing.
You’re fluent in English and confident in a global environment.
Experience in a B2B environment is a must, experience with a SaaS offering is a plus.
You work in a structured, organized way, managing multiple campaigns at once without breaking a sweat.
You’ve run and optimized LinkedIn ad campaigns and know your way around analytics platforms.
Experience or affinity with SEO is a strong asset—mainly for strategy and coordination.
You enjoy working as part of a team but take full ownership of your responsibilities.
You’re curious and eager to learn more about topics like GEO optimization, new tools, and testing new channels.

You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain one in the next 6 months.
