Practice Lead SAP Transformations

About the role

As Practice Lead SAP Transformations, you’ll play a crucial role in our SAP  transformation offerings and leading high-impact programs and projects for our clients across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing.  

• You have a strategic leadership role: you are responsible for shaping and growing our SAP practice focused on SAP transformation projects.  

• You will lead our engagement in end-to-end SAP transformation projects, collaborating with our clients and system integrators to ensure delivery excellence. 

• You oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, resource planning and customer accounts. 

• You will foster strong client and partner relationships and drive new business opportunities. You drive business growth through tailored solutions, thought leadership, and expanding our client base. 

• You build and nurture the SAP practice, developing methodologies, tools and best practices.  You lead and mentor project managers, consultants and delivery teams, fostering a high-performance environment rooted in collaboration, continuous learning and innovation. 

• You ensure the succesful execution of complex SAP transformation initiatives. 

• You identify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients, supporting proposal development, bid responses and contract negotiations. You translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions aligned with client business goals. 

• You foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and external consultants. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment between business needs and project objectives. 

• You are able to identify which particular stakeholders should be involved and are impacted during the different project stages and how to translate “change” into “chance”. 

• You assume a coaching role and guide your team towards their goals. Besides, you take full responsibility for the project and keep track of deliverables, milestones, resources and costs. 

• You help to envision the bigger picture and have an eye for future opportunities to further serve the client. 

• You’re the switch between the client and our team of consultants and data analysts, in order to meet mutual expectations at all times.

About you 

• You hold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, supply chain management or related field. An MBA is a plus. 

• You have at least 10 years of experience in delivering large-scale SAP transformation projects, preferably with a focus on S/4HANA in supply chain domains. 

• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP modules & ecosystem related to supply chain management, such as MM, PP, SD, WM, and SCM, with a focus on business process configuration. 

• You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an analytical mindset. You pose the right questions and are able to quickly translate the answers into tangible results. 

• You have strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and driving organizational growth. You’re a strong communicator, both towards your team as well as towards the client. 

• You have demonstrable success in pre-sales, business development and client relationship management. 

• You’re fluent in English.
