About the role

  • Product Discovery

    • Understand the Labs and manufacturing sites, and their challenges, to feel connected to our users.

    • Collaborate closely with colleagues and customers to uncover and develop new opportunities and features for Binocs.

    • Leverage customer feedback and internal insights to shape the product roadmap and drive innovation.

    • Analyse data and investigate.

  • Product Delivery

    • Own the develop of one or multiple features, enhancements or problems to solve.

    • Analyse and work out the details of how a feature should work. Define and refine user stories, ensuring they are well-detailed and prioritized for seamless sprint execution.

    • Maintain close communication with implementation consultants and solution managers to gather valuable insights into customer usage patterns and requirements for Binocs.

    • Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from concept and realization to delivery, testing, rollout at customers, training our consultants, etc.

  • Product support

    • Investigate incoming bugs or issues customers face which our support team couldn’t resolve.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • You will work in a team of in total 3 product owners.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UI/UX designer, to achieve shared goals.

    • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and alignment.

    • Be an integral member of the integrated Product & Engineering team, contributing to the cohesive development of Binocs.

Job requirements

About you

  • Strong interest in labs and pharma as industry

  • Dive deep: Work out the nitty gritty details so that the solution actually works for our customers.

  • Ownership-Driven: Takes pride in their work and is accountable from start to finish.

  • Solutions-Oriented: Approaches challenges with a focus on finding solutions, not just problems.

  • Educational Background: You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or Pharma, or you have a proven track record as a Product Owner.

  • Experienced: 2-5 years of experience as product owner.

  • Bonus Skills: Experience in Supply Chain, Labs or Pharma Domain.

  • Languages: Fluent in English.

  • You show a willingness work in a hybrid working model (50% office, 50% remote).
