About the role
- You lead and manage end-to-end project activities related to SAP S/4 HANA implementation within the supply chain function. This includes project planning, resource allocation, task delegation, progress tracking, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- You collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Analyse and document business requirements to align them with SAP S/4 HANA functionalities.
- You work closely with business users, process owners, and SAP implementation partners to design and configure SAP S/4 HANA modules to meet business requirements. Ensure that the proposed solutions align with industry best practices and organization's strategic goals.
- You define and coordinate execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented system. Collaborate with IT teams and key users to identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the system.
- You provide ongoing support and training to end users on functionalities, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the system. Setting up a supporting hyper care organization.
- You collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure accurate and reliable data integration between SAP S/4 HANA and other systems or data sources. Define data governance processes and ensure end-to-end data integrity.
- You stay on top of the latest SAP S/4 HANA features, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvements, and automation.
- You foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and external consultants. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment between business needs and project objectives.
- You are able to identify which particular stakeholders should be involved and are impacted during the different project stages and how to translate “change” into “chance”.
- You assume a coaching role and guide your team towards their goals. Besides, you take full responsibility for the project and keep track of deliverables, milestones, resources and costs.
- You help to envision the bigger picture and have an eye for future opportunities to further serve the client.
- You’re the switch between the client and our team of consultants and data analysts, in order to meet mutual expectations at all times.

Job requirements
About you
- You hold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, supply chain management or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- You have at least 5-10 years of experience in supply chain & operations.
- You have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules & ecosystem related to supply chain management, such as MM, PP, SD, WM, and SCM, with a focus on business process configuration.
- You have a strong affinity with data and leverage IT to obtain your goals.
- You possess strong project management skills and can guide your team towards their goals.
- You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an analytical mindset. You pose the right questions and are able to quickly translate the answers into tangible results.
- You’re a strong communicator, both towards your team as well as towards the client.
- You’re fluent in English.

- You show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model.
- You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
