About the role
Binocs is our SaaS solution built for complex planning and scheduling in QC labs and CGT operations. Our enterprise customer base is growing globally, especially across life sciences. As we continue to grow our recurring SaaS business across global life sciences clients, we’re ready to level up our commercial operations. We’re hiring a Sales Operations Manager to lead and scale the full commercial backbone of the Binocs Sales organization.
In this senior role, you’ll operate as the right hand to the VP Sales, taking the lead on sales planning, forecasting, commercial performance tracking, and renewal excellence. You’ll bring structure and long-term vision to how we run sale, while staying close enough to the ground to intervene, improve, and steer in real-time. You’ll also act as a sparring partner to portfolio and account owners, aligning revenue goals with process, data, and execution. This is a critical role with direct impact on top-line performance and strategic scalability.
Key responsibilities
Support commercial rhythm: Help structure and maintain our account planning, pipeline tracking, and forecasting cadence in close collaboration with sales leadership.
Drive renewals and growth from within: Coordinate and follow up on renewal, cross-sell, and upsell activities—ensuring clients stay engaged and expansion opportunities are captured.
Track and report sales performance: Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, highlight trends, and support informed decision-making.
Review deal quality: Act as quality gatekeeper for proposals and quotations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with commercial guidelines.
·Support scalable offering: Help structure a clear, repeatable offer framework that scales from pilot implementations to multi-site deployments.
Translate strategy into action: Convert sales goals into tangible tools, templates, and processes that support the wider commercial team.
Enable seamless collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance, customer success, and delivery to align pre- and post-sale activities.
Contribute to team growth: Share knowledge, support onboarding, and help raise commercial maturity across the team.
Optionally: take ownership of 1–2 strategic global accounts.
You’ll collaborate with teams across Belgium, the US, and APAC, supporting a global client base mostly headquartered in Europe and the US.

Job requirements
About you
You bring 8+ years’ experience in B2B sales, consulting, or commercial operations—ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
You hold a Master’s degree in Business (Engineering) or a similar field.
You have a proven track record of leading commercial initiatives, structuring processes, and managing complexity.
You combine analytical thinking with commercial instinct and are confident working across functions and seniority levels.
Experience in life sciences, lab, or manufacturing environments is a strong asset.
You’re not afraid to take ownership, from strategy to hands-on execution.
You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
You’re comfortable in a hybrid environment and open to working with global stakeholders across time zones.

You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
