As we grow, we’re excited to invite a skilled Frontend Developer to join our Production & Engineering team. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to AXON, our state-of-the-art Digital Supply Chain Twin SaaS solution. About the role

  • As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll shape and build the user experience of our digital products using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.

  • You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers and backend engineers to turn complex processes into intuitive, high-quality interfaces. 

  • AI is part of your toolbox. You will use AI coding companions to speed up repetitive work, explore design alternatives, scaffold components, generate and refactor code, write tests, or validate architectural decisions. You know when AI accelerates the work — and when thoughtful human judgment is needed. 

  • You’ll help evolve our frontend architecture, contribute to cross-team technical decisions, and take ownership of delivering features end‑to‑end.

  • You will also play an active role in shaping how we adopt AI responsibly and effectively within our engineering practices.

Job requirements

About you

An ideal candidate: 

  • Experienced: 3–4 years of experience in frontend development in a product software company or long-term consulting project. 

  • Educational Background: Master's degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science or similar. 

  • Embracing AI: You have hands-on experience with AI coding assistants — or you’re strongly motivated to integrate them into your workflow. You’re curious about how AI is reshaping software development and eager to adapt your way of working accordingly. You know how to balance AI-assisted development with clean code, maintainability, and long-term design thinking. 

  • Ownership-Driven: Takes pride in owns work, takes full accountability from start to finish, and thrives in technically challenging environments. 

  • Solutions-Oriented: Enjoys solving technically difficult tasks involving large data sets and complex business logic. 

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in React and TypeScript. Working with Nest.js or Node.js is a plus. 

  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
