About the role

As an OMP Solution Consultant, you will support international clients in transforming their end to end supply chain planning. You’ll work hands on on OMP implementations, helping design and deploy solutions that enhance forecasting, scheduling, and operational performance across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing. In this role, you will:

  • Drive the configuration and deployment of OMP modules, including Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, and Operational Planning.

  • Work closely with client stakeholders and Bluecrux functional consultants to translate business needs into clear system requirements.

  • Take a hands-on role in the technical design and configuration of OMP functionalities such as pyramids, conflicts, dashboards,…

  • Collaborate with business teams to validate OMP solutions troughthrough unit testing, SIT and UAT.

  • Support user training, knowledge transfer and change adoption to ensure clients can successfully use OMP after the solution goes live.

Job requirements

About you

  • You bring 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning transformations, including at least 6 months hands on OMP configuration.

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements.

  • Hands on experience implementing and configuring OMP applications.

  • OMP Certifications are a plus but not mandatory.

  • Knowledge of specialist topics such as solver tuning, SAP & OMP interface, the Dispatcher and others are considered a strong differentiator.

  • Good understanding of supply chain planning processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data-driven mindset and strong conceptual thinking.

  • Excellent communication skills: able to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
