Your role
- This role is an excellent hands-on learning experience that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to drive your further ambitions.
- you will experience a deep dive into the world of sales enablement within a Transformation eco-system, by working closely with our Senior Management and Partner team to support strategic partnerships. You will assist our Sales team in building and maintaining our partner landscape through strong relationships with our (strategic) partners.
- You’ll step in as a point of contact to them, follow up on leads generated through various channels and facilitate sales meetings.
- You’ll also take ownership of lead funnel management, lead qualification preparations, and follow-up activities. More concretely you will drive joint pipe building & pipe review meetings, but also co-drive joint opportunity and sales lead responses.
- At all times, you can guarantee a transparent follow-up and visible sales pipeline by documenting sales meeting minutes and setting steps towards effective collaboration and follow-through.
- As part of the sales enablement team, you will also get the opportunity to be involved in broader business development activities as a learning opportunity. From introduction meetings to supporting our Bluecrux proposals.
Job requirements
Your skills
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business or Civil Engineering or Economics. An MBA is a plus.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a consultant in a strategy, or supply chain transformation consulting environment.
- You have a passion for sales enablement and partnership management and show a strong desire to learn and grow in this direction.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- You’re a problem solver with a razor-sharp analytical mind.
- You can work and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You pose the right questions and can quickly translate the answers into tangible results.
- You’re a strong communicator, both towards involved internal teams as well as towards the client.
- You’re fluent in English.
