We’re seeking a passionate colleague to join our Anaplan team as a Customer Care Specialist.
In this role, you build trusted relationships with our customers. You deliver meaningful improvements, troubleshoot issues and support on their Anaplan Supply Chain models. By identifying and implementing customized solutions, you’ll play a key role in optimizing their operations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, becoming an essential partner in their success journey.
- You build and nurture strong client relationships, embodying the "warm Bluecrux bath" that fosters trust and confidence in our brand.
- You lead the resolution of all sorts of Anaplan related challenges for key customers, and for complex topics you will be collaborating with experienced colleagues (Anaplan model builders and Solution Architects) to ensure business-oriented and technically sound solutions.
- You apply your analytical, creative and problem-solving skills to understand client-specific needs and to propose strategic, business-savvy solutions to ensure the success of their Anaplan journey.

Job requirements
About you
- Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder with a strong desire to advance to Solution Architect.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as providing support or working on system implementation projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and solve complex problems.
- Experience in or strong enthusiasm for learning about supply chain planning.
- Proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritize and resolve requests efficiently.
- Strong listening skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Persistence and creativity in problem-solving, with the ability to identify root causes and seek guidance or escalate when needed.
- Flexibility to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, seamlessly adapting to shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent in English and Spanish
