Supply Chain Consultant - Analytics & Solution

About the role

Are you excited by the combination of supply chain, data and technology? As a Supply Chain Consultant in the Axon team, you will help leading organisations turn complex supply chain data into smarter decisions.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business challenges into practical solutions within Axon™. Depending on your experience, strengths and ambitions, your role will lean more towards Analytics & Delivery or Solutions & Integration.

Analytics & Delivery

Within Analytics & Delivery, you will:

• Configure the application, support testing and validation, ensure data accuracy and develop value cases in close collaboration with the Solutions team, which is responsible for data integration and digital twin quality.

• Lead small projects by coordinating activities, driving progress and managing risks and issues.

• Support customers after implementation by maintaining strong client relationships and driving value realization and solution adoption.

• Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Contribute to product improvements and support pre-sales activities through customer engagements, demonstrations and proposal development.

Solutions & Integration

Within Solutions & Integration, you will:

• Gather business and data requirements and design and oversee scalable, end-to-end data pipelines between client systems and Axon.

• Design and implement custom configurations for client challenges that fall outside the platform’s standard functionality.

• Solve complex implementation challenges and deliver solutions that are technically robust, user-friendly and tailored to client needs.

• Engage directly with clients and support consultants in providing solutions when needed.

• Participate in alignment meetings with product managers and share insights into customer usage to help shape product enhancements and future features.

• Support pre-sales activities from a solution perspective and participate in commercial engagements.

Your focus can evolve over time as you gain experience and discover where your strengths and interests lie.

About you

• You hold a master’s degree in science, engineering, business management, data science or a related field.

• You have 2–4 years of relevant professional experience and a strong interest in supply chain. Experience with supply chain planning solutions or ERP systems is a plus.

• You are comfortable working in big data environments and have experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python or Scala.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and take a proactive, hands-on approach.

• You communicate clearly, work well with others and can explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• You are fluent in English.

• You are willing to travel internationally and work within a hybrid working model.

• You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain one within the next 6 months.
