Job description
About the role
As a Manager within our Supply Chain Operations practice, you help organizations translate their supply chain ambitions into practical, sustainable improvements. You lead complex transformation initiatives, bring structure to multidisciplinary programs, and connect strategy with day-to-day operations.
Drawing on your project management experience, you create clarity around what needs to happen, bring the right stakeholders together, and ensure that projects progress from initial design through implementation. You understand how large-scale consulting engagements are structured and know what it takes to deliver meaningful results in complex organizations.
Depending on your experience and seniority, you will also contribute to developing our teams, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
In this role, you will:
Lead supply chain operations projects and transformation programs from initial scoping and design through implementation.
Define clear project plans, governance structures, workstreams, deliverables, and ways of working.
Translate strategic objectives into practical improvements across supply chain processes, systems, organization, and operating models.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep multiple workstreams aligned around a shared vision.
Build a complete picture by connecting insights from different functions, business units, and stakeholders.
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and decision-making.
Create clarity in complex or fast-moving environments and help teams maintain momentum.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and guide them through important decisions.
Ensure that recommendations and deliverables are structured, actionable, and relevant to decision-makers.
Work effectively with internal teams, external consulting partners, technology providers, and other parties involved in large-scale transformations.
Coach and support team members, creating an environment in which people can grow and contribute with confidence.
Contribute to proposals, account development, and the identification of new opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
At Senior Manager level, take broader ownership of client relationships, commercial growth, program leadership, and team development.
