As we grow, we're excited to invite a skilled Solution Manager to join our Axon solution team. In this role, you will work closely with both our customers and our internal teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by defining, developing and deploying end-to-end solutions that drive customer success. You will work with complex big data environments, leveraging a software solution-oriented mindset and a strong commercial understanding to drive optimal results.

About the role
Domain Expertise: Build and apply a solid understanding of client & industry best practices, business processes, Axon solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
Integration Strategy: Bridge the gap between client systems and our SaaS platform by gathering business and data requirements to design and oversee scalable, end-to-end data pipelines.
Configuration Design: Design and implement custom configurations within the SaaS platform to solve complex client challenges that fall outside standard out-of-the-box functionality.
Quality Assurance: Review and approve configurations, ensuring they are maintainable, scalable, and highly configurable.
Specialized Support: Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and support for implementation consultants during complex client onboardings.
Expert Problem-Solving: Tackle complex or unique challenges that arise during client implementations. Deliver solutions that are technically robust, user-friendly, and tailored to client needs.
Client Communication: Engage directly with clients or support consultants in providing solutions when necessary.
Escalation Management: Act as the go-to expert for project escalations related to non-standard implementations, offering tailored advice and solutions.
Trend Identification and Standardization: Analyze trends in recurring unique situations and develop new standardized templates for common non-standard scenarios.
Product Development Guidance: Participate in weekly alignment meetings with product managers and provide ongoing feedback to inform product development. Share insights into customer usage—both standard and non-standard—to shape product enhancements and future features.
Pre-Sales Support: Support pre-sales activities from solution perspective and participate in commercial engagements.
Job requirements
About you
Education: Master’s degree in science or engineering (applied science, commercial, industrial, information technology…), business management, data science, or related areas.
Extensive Supply Chain Experience: 4+ years of experience in a supply chain management role. Hands-on involvement in implementing complex SC planning solutions (APS) and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, OMP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions).
Data Engineering & Analytics: Comfortable operating within big data environments and hands-on experience with tools as Python, SQL or Scala. Has a solid understanding and keen interest in AI/ML concepts and tools.
Content-Driven and Proactive: A content-driven professional who thrives in a hands-on environment. You bring a "can-do" attitude, think creatively, and willingly go beyond your core responsibilities.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise, with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver solutions to challenging issues in dynamic environments.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. You can effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Languages: Fluent in English.
