In this role, you’ll take ownership of our U.S. commercial strategy for Anaplan-driven supply chain planning solutions, focusing on end-to-end planning (demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP/IBP), while maintaining fluency across the broader supply chain spectrum. You’ll lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Anaplan services in target industries such as life sciences, manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods (CPG).

As the bridge between market opportunities and delivery excellence, you’ll ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution—driving pipeline growth, cultivating strategic partnerships, and positioning Bluecrux as a thought leader in supply chain transformation.

In short, you’ll shape and execute our Anaplan commercial strategy in the U.S., fueling growth and impact through strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Job requirements

About you

  • 8–15 years total professional experience, with at least 5 years in supply chain (planning focus preferred; broader supply chain experience accepted).

  • Proven track record of selling and delivering complex transformation programs, ideally with Anaplan or comparable platforms.

  • Network and experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or CPG industries is highly desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Supply Chain (Planning) Expertise – deep understanding of end-to-end planning processes, preferably including demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP/IBP.

  • Trusted Advisor Capability & Communication – proven experience engaging senior stakeholders, articulating value, and influencing decision-makers.

  • Commercial Acumen – strong background in sales, pipeline development, account management, and partnerships in a consulting or SaaS environment.

  • Thought Leadership & Market Positioning – ability to represent Bluecrux at industry events, webinars, and marketing initiatives.

  • Collaboration & Culture Fit – natural team player who embodies Bluecrux values and fosters a collaborative culture.
